Wakeboard Design Contest Version 3.0

• It’s possible to make a full colour graphic for the top (upper side) of the wakeboard.
• The graphic for the base (bottom side) can be designed in full colour as well,
but use as less white as possible. We even prefer a base graphic without any
white colours at all.
• You can download the wakeboard template (outline) page as JPG, EPS, PSD or
PDF file in the menu item ‘Design Instruments’.
• Note that the graphic has to be at least 3cm larger as the outline of the board.
So please make use of the entire surface of the file and do NOT limit yourself to
the outline.
• When you open the template file you will find a warning inside the file. Note that you
are obliged to add this warning to your base / bottom graphic of the board. It’s
prohibited to scale the warning to a larger or smaller size. You can move the warning
but note to not place it on or near the bottom fins locations and do not place it near the
outline of the board either to prevent that the warning will “fall off”.
• When you decide to work with the JPG’s you have to download the warning separately.
• You can download the Jobe logo & Jobe star logo in the menu item ‘Design Instruments’
as JPG, EPS, PSD or PDF files. One of both logos MUST be applied on the top AND base
graphics and should be clearly visible and recognizable.
• The word “Jobe” must appear on the top and base of the board in an other font if you
decide to only use the Jobe star logo.
• You may change the colours of the logos but the red “hook” in the logo must always form
a contrast to the rest of the logo.
• You may name the board whatever you want as long as the Jobe word or logo is in front
of / or combined with this name: Jobe .... Note that the proportion of the Jobe logo always
has to be at least a bit larger as the name of the board.
File specifications:
• We prefer that the graphics will be provided as Adobe Photoshop PSD or Adobe
Illustrator AI files (up to CS3). You may provide them as JPG, PDF or EPS files as well.
• CMYK colours. (RGB colours if you provide a JPG)
• Resolution has to be at least 150 dpi.
• Scale 1:1
• Please provide us the master-files of the graphics when you decide to create the graphics
in Photoshop. With the master-files we mean the files with all layers still in there instead
of a 1-layered flat file. By this way we could apply corrections to the files.
All the uploaded graphics will become property of Jobe Sports International and we have the
right the use it for other purposes as well.
We have the right to adjust the graphic.
We are not obliged to take a graphic into production if the provided graphics don't match up to
our expectations.
