Ordering

  • How do I order?
  • You can easily browse through Jobe’s collection in the ‘products’ section which can be found in the top section of the site. From there on you can easily navigate yourself through all of our product categories.

    To make your search even more specific you also have the option to filter the products with the filters on the left of the page. If you already know what you want and don’t have to search for your product, you can easily type in the product in the search bar in the top section of our website.

    When you’ve found the product you want to buy you simply click the shopping cart button and the product is assigned to your cart. You can either continue shopping or go to your shopping cart and complete the order.
  • How can I check the availability of a product?
  • You can check the availability of a product by going to its detail page. On that page you’ll find the availability just below the price. We use three colours to indicate the availability: Green means in stock, Orange means back in stock soon (date is indicated too) and red means the product isn’t available anymore.
  • What payment options do I have?
  • We have five different payment options so everyone is able to buy our products. You can pay your order with:
    1. Credit card
    2. Ideal
    3. PayPal
    4. Mr. Cash
    5. Giro Pay
  • Where can I check my order status and history?
  • Everyone who orders at Jobe automatically gets an account created of which the login details will be mailed to your email.

    Once logged in you can click on your name in the top section of the page, a small menu will fold out. Click order history and you’ll see an overview of your ordering history including the status of current orders.
  • How can I redeem my Jobe coupon code?
  • Click on the ‘cart’ button in the upper right corner of the page, your shopping cart will show including a small menu. Click shopping cart. Now you’ll have an overview of all the products you have added to your cart. Below the list of products you’ll find a box in which you can enter your coupon code!

Jobe Profile

  • How do I create a Jobe profile?
  • A Jobe account is automatically created when you place an order at our web shop. If you not want to order yet but still create an account you can click the login button and choose create account. Fill out the form and your very own Jobe account is born!
  • How can I change my password?
  • Just login, click on your name and choose edit password in the menu. Fill out your old and new password, submit, and you’re ready to go.
  • How do I edit my profile data?
  • When logged in, click on your name and choose edit account. Here you can change all your personal data.

Sending

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  • Orders from the Netherlands will arrive in 1-2 days. Orders from Europe 2-3 days and orders from outside Europe 3-5 days.
  • Are there any shipping costs to ordering products at Jobe?
  • Orders from the Netherlands are free of shipping costs on order with a minimum of 100 euros! Order below 100 euros have 5,95 shipping costs. We also won’t count any shipping costs over orders from Europe with a minimum amount of 100$/100€ and orders from outside Europe with a minimum of 200$/200€. We will count 9.99$/9.95€ shipping costs over orders under these minimum amounts.

    *Please be aware we one exclusion: Over the shipment of Bamboo SUP’s we always count 55$/50€ shipping costs.
  • Does Jobe deliver in my country?
  • Good news… Jobe delivers everywhere in the world!

Returns and Warranty

  • How do I return my order at Jobe?
  • With every shipment we send a return form. Simply follow the steps on the return form and everything will be sorted. If you have a question about the return form you can email webshop@jobesports.com
  • ​What is Jobe’s return policy?
  • You can always return your order within 14 days from the purchase date. There are some conditions to our return policy:
    • Only unused, not damaged products can be returned.
    • De product you return has to be complete including all the accessories.
    • If reasonably possible the product needs to be returned in the original packaging.
    • Jobe will refund the returned product and the possibly paid shipping costs.
    • ​The costs of returning will only be refunded on orders from the Netherlands. Returning costs in order from all other countries will not be refunded by Jobe.
    • After receiving your return we will deposit the money back on your account within 14 workdays.
    • The comprehensive conditions can be found in the general Terms and Conditions.
  • What is Jobe’s warranty procedure?
  • Jobe gives the consumer a one year warranty from purchase date. A warranty period of two years applies to Addict Wakeboard Towers and Addict accessories. Claiming a warranty can only be done in case of a manufacturing defect or transport damage. We are not responsible for any damage caused by inexpert use of the products. For more detailed info about our warranty procedure you can check out the terms and conditions.
