You’ve heard it before but we’ll say it again, Stand Up Paddling is a great work out. But now we’re going to tell you something new: You can add a workout, to your SUP workout.
We know, it’s like the Inception of workouts! A workout within a workout, instead of a dream within a dream! By simply adding a few extra squats or push-ups, you can burn anywhere between 713 and 1125 extra calories! Want to have an extra sandwich? Be our guest, but make sure you drop down on a SUP and give us 20 push-ups afterwards.
