Job description:
As International Sales Support, you are the proactive link between our international customers and the internal organization. You are responsible for coordinating and optimizing export processes and act as the central point of contact throughout the entire order process.
You work closely with other departments to ensure efficient and customer-focused service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and applying export terms and conditions
- Maintaining daily contact with international export customers
- Acting as the primary point of contact and coordinating required customer information
- Managing and monitoring the export order book: coordinating and following up on orders from intake to delivery
- Monitoring product availability and processing orders in our internal systems
- Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
- Identifying and resolving operational and logistical issues
- Processing and following up on returns, warranties, and delivery issues
- Ensuring correct and timely export documentation
- Coordinating Ex Works shipments and related processes
- Participating in weekly commercial meetings and reporting progress
