Jobe / Jstar riders @ Wake the Pool

Wake the Pool is the one and only German Indoor-Wakeboard-Event which will take place the 18th & 19th of February and is being organized at the Beach & Boat in Leipzig.

The wake the pool event was for the first time introduced in 2010. Due to the big success it has been followed up by this 2nd edition; Wake the Pool 2011.

What is Wake the Pool?!

The name says it all, it is a wakeboard event held in a pool. On Saturday the 19th of February the best German and Dutch wakeboard riders will participate in this unique event in the middle of exhibition hall 5 of the Beach & Boat. They will be pulled in the big pool by only a 7.5-kilowaat electric motor of a mobile water-lift system. This equals the consumption of only five hair blow dryers. Amazing right?! The Wake the Pool is an international 500 points CWWC event and will be awarded with a prize amount of €5.000. A couple of Jobe / Jstar wakeboard riders will also participate in the Wake the Pool event including Murathan Ucar, Jan Kerkhoven, Stefan Kraus and Hans Guerd Huesmann.
