We all know that Stand Up Paddling is a good work out but why does Stand Up Paddling beat the gym? Well, we can think of multiple reasons but we started with 5, just to keep it simple.
1: Burning calories
A good work-out burns your calories. So does a good SUP-session. Did you know that different types kinds of SUP burn different amounts of calories? activities have different effects on the calories you burn? Well they do, For instance, Surf SUPping burns more calories than Yoga SUPping.
