The COVID-19 virus is still hitting us hard, and for most of us, we’re still unable to hit the water…
But… The wakeseason will return! And when it starts again, you need to be ready!
And that’s why our champion Travis Beaton has these three exercising videos for you to make sure you are in shape when the season starts.
So, it’s time to close your Netflix account and to get back in shape 😉
Are you ready for a workout…?!
Let’s start with the first exercise… A difficult one!
This exercise is perfect for training your flipping skills. By doing these flips you are sure to immediately steal the show when the waters are open again.
Ps. If this trick is a bit too challenging for you, you can use a trampoline for higher jumps and a softer (and safer 😉) landing.
Upper- and under body exercises
As most of the gyms are currently closed, it’s harder to perform your allround exercises for a fit body.
Luckily, our hero Travis also has a solution for this. Here you can see multiple exercises for keeping your upper- and underbody in perfect shape. You can perform all these exercises easily at home!
Balance is key!
And last but not least… Balance is key in wakeboarding.
This exercise will raise your balance skill to a higher level. Using a – little deflated – balance ball to stand on will train every single muscle in your leg. A perfect exercise to make sure you will be balanced on the very first ride you’ll make soon!
That’s it! You’re done for now! You can repeat these exercised whenever you want to stay in shape.
