Super service als het even niet goed gaat

Naar aanleiding van mijn reactie dat mijn pomp het na 5 keer niet meer deed, kreeg ik een hartversterkende reactie van Jobe en hebben ze mijn pomp vervangen voor een nieuwe. Nu kan ik deze het komende jaar gebruiken om mijn sup op te blazen. Ontzettend sportief van Jobe! Ik hou jullie op de hoogte van het presteren van deze pomp want ik heb begrepen dat het toch een gevoelig systeem is.

Disappointing

My original pump broke after 13 months, was replaced under warranty by online retailer which was a nightmare as took 9 months. The new pump arrived in April, lovely green colour, so was very happy. I have now used approx 6 times and pump seems to rattle as if something is loose inside. Is working ok at the moment, apart from the fact that the off button does not work. Very disappointing. Will not purchase again!
