Wetsuits With a Jobe wetsuit you can enjoy watersports more often throughout the year. A wetsuit keeps you warm when the water is cold. The thickness of the neoprene together with the, length of the suit, construction of the seams and if the wetsuits has a thermo lining determine how warm a wetsuit is. Jobe wetsuits go from 1.5mm neoprene to 5/3mm neoprene with thermo lining. 5/3 means that we use 5mm neoprene on the torso and 3mm on the arms and legs. Jobe suits come in different shapes. A fullsuit covers your whole body, a shorty has shorter arms and legs and long john + jackets are suits made out of two pieces, which are perfect wetsuits for jetskiing or stand up paddling. Browse through our collection and see if you can mix and match your jobe wetsuit with other products like life vests, wakeboards and waterskis.

How to buy the right wetsuit?

When you are buying a wetsuit, it is important to determine where and whatfor you are going to use it. Where you will be using it is important to determine the tickness of your wetsuit's neoprene. In cold water you will need a 4/3mm or 5/3mm neoprene wetsuit, and a thermo lining won't be a luxury. If you will be in warmer water, a 3/2mm or 2mm wetsuit would be fine, or you even can buy a shorty wetsuit. Next step is to determine for what you are going to use the wetsuit and how flexible it needs to be. á

The stretch of wetsuit

The freedom of movement you will have in a wetsuit is determined by the stretch level and thickness of the neoprene, length of the suit and the zipper type. The neoprene stretch level of Jobe wetsuits are classified in three levels: regular stretch, full stretch and supreme stretch. Supreme stretch wetsuits have the most stretchy neoprene, but this does not instantly means that these wetsuits will provide the most freedom of movement. A chest zipper or shorty wetsuit will improve the freedom of movement big time!
