Results Jobe Catalogue Questionnaire

Two months ago Jobe spread a questionnaire among their dealers and consumers concerning the satisfaction of the Jobe catalogue. Meanwhile, the results have been analysed and we can proudly inform you that the Jobe catalogue has scored very high on satisfaction. In general, both consumers and Jobe dealers appreciate the charisma of the catalogue and they are very satisfied about the images that have been used. Another result worth mentioning is that dealers and consumers agree that the informational texts in the Jobe Catalogue are complete and comprehensible.
The research has also brought up some points of improvement. Both dealers and consumers would like to have all measurement tables on the same page and a small majority prefers shiny paper over the pale paper used in the current Jobe Catalogue. This feedback will off course be taken into account during the development process of the 2011 catalogue.
