Very heavy and high friction

Thought this would be a taller but turned out to be heavy to pull with my 70 hp CC. Have had a plate for 2 p before (another brand) that worked great until it started to become like a bun. Can unfortunately not recommend Jobe as the friction against the water seems to be high.
