A special design found amongst the entries of the Design Contest
18 april 2012
At the beginning of this year the Jobe Design Contest 3.0 started. Jobe invited everyone to share their creativity by designing their very own Jobe Wakeboard. In the past months Jobe has received many entries from all over the world.
In the meantime the deadline has passed and it is no longer possible to submit a design. A team of designers is currently busy picking a winner. This isn’t an easy task as the quality of the submitted designs is really high! During this search they found a very special design, which we didn’t want to withhold you.
This design was submitted by Iris (10 years old) from the Netherlands. She made a beautiful design with hearts. We asked her how she got the idea designing this. Iris tells: “I just LOVE wakeboarding, so I chose hearts. At school I have designed something with hearts as well and that got me inspired! I designed a new Jobe logo as well and the “W's” in the design stands for wakeboarding”.
Together with her brother Iris started wakeboarding 2 years ago and is a great fan of Jobe riders Maxine Sapulette, Micheal Nieuwerf and Devi Sentrop.
Jobe really appreciates the enthusiasm of this young wakeboard designer and will reward this design with a Jobe goodie bag!
The winner of the Jobe Wakeboard Design Contest will be announced by the end of April! So keep a close eye on our website and online communities!
